How to upgrade online?

As its Christmas i have decided it would be good to upgrade to movies for the month and found out that you get £5 free credit if you upgrade online.
I have tried and at the moment it says that there are technical problems, but the other problem is I can't find where to upgrade to just Movie Pack 1 which is just £8. I can only find where to upgrade to the entire movies pack which is £16.
Also if I only want this for a month so does anyone know when i will have to phone up to say I would like to cancel movies (and hopefully get offered a deal).
Any help would be most appreciated.
