we have also emailed the tunechecker missing provider email address several times and everytime we get a message saying cant deliver.

annoying as our service has some great offers ( next week we are doing the following mp3s at 2.99 .. eminem, lady gaga, katy perry, george michael and the new album from Manic Street Preachers )

Have used this and found it excellent - However, yesterday went on to look for cheapest version of New Phil Collins album in MP3 format - directed me to Tesco - tried to buy, but gave message not available. Went back today, no longer listed. Went into Tesco website directly and is listed and available - Cheaper than all other offerings from Tunechecker - plus I found a code - FTSL15-1 (in that format) which gave me an extra 15% (1.05) off.

Has anyone managed to get the voucher code to work on the e-music site. I went for the £18 for £60 groupon deal you are then directed to the e-music site. E-music then want me to select a monthly package & want my credit card details. I can't seem to get any answers from groupon I have e-mail twice with no answer. Pls help.

I'm not sure jakepom. I tried also on tunechecker. Have you seen comparedownload.com ? You should give them a go. I think they started this whole mp3 comparison thing off and they seem devoted to music. All the best.

What a terrible site, the prices are so often wrong - looked tonight Michael Buble Crazy love album - 99p it says on itunes??! seriously wrong actually £8.99

and black eyed peas new one £5 from 7 digital but actually £5.99

oh and also...

N Dubz - 99p again for album yet actually £7.99 on itunes oh and Katy Perrys album again says 99p but that is for the SINGLE not the ALBUM

Get it right or the website is not worth using, Martin you are quick enough to slag everyone else off for getting things wrong - I fed back days ago about the Katy Perry price being wrong and it is still not corrected

Agree. I stopped using it as a useful tool some time ago and now only use it as a starting point.

The big clue that all is not as it should be is that you get results that are clearly cached rather than searched - you don't get results (or Not Found, as the case may be) from that many sites that quickly. And there appears to be no clue as to how often the cache is updated, or even a force update button.

As an example, I searched for A Kylie Christmas just now. Only one result: Amazon, £1.69; all others are Not Found. Which is odd as I knew beforehand it was on iTunes - Kylie's own site links directly to it.

Based on the fact that I know that the results are wrong, I performed my own search on a few sites: it's also available on 7Digital, Play.com (cheaper than Amazon) and Tesco (cheaper still than Play!).

One wonders what Amazon's kick-back is...?
