Sounds really amazing idea Also had visited the Tesco site.
Nowhere on the entire site could I find it mentioning what bitrate you get.
Thanks.0 -
I was told by them in an e-mail it is 320Kbps except for Warner Brothers supplied mp3s which are 256Kbps.
I did suggest that they display it.
This site is often giving me "not found" for tracks that are found, today Psycho Pretty by Malf. It is on iTunes but is coming up as not found there.0 -

I would like to search for cheapest downloadable audiobooks. I am not having any luck via tunechecker. Should I be using a different site?0

Hi all, thought I would mention that https://www.nichart.com is a site for northern ireland bands - they have a section with free downloads for northern ireland music, including duke special, Oppenheimer and not squares also ther's a recommended section of downloads. but its all free and there must be nearly 50 downloads available.MFW 148 - Mortgage £121,000 1Jan11 / Mortgage £120,300 28Jan11 / £119,808 24Feb11 / £119,400 22 April11 / £119,089 29 May11 / £118,500 October110

Hi Martin I am an avid fan of yours but I have just wasted my lunchtime trying to get onto the tunetribe for the free download offer. I started at 1pm as required and have not been able to access the link to choose free album. Am disappointed and feel cheap wasting lunchtime for a free £5 album!0

Hi
We released the code at 1pm because people get the email at different times, so doing it this way gives everyone a fair chance of getting a code. But it does mean that a stream of traffic has hit Tunetribe at once. Please be patient, Tunetribe is aware and working on the problem so please come back a bit later if you're still having problems.
Thanks0 -
I'm with you carpedieum, I too started trying to access this from 1pm and keep getting message that the link is broken. I was on Tune Checker before 1pm, and refreshed bang on 1pm when the link for the free album appeared, but then the next link to tunetribe is always broken. If this is due to being overloaded, how did everyone else manage to get through to it and I couldn't? I tried from the moment it was released.
Dissapointing!0 -
Me too - I've been trying on and off since 1pm also and it either says that the link is broken or temporarily unavailable. On the 2 occasions I did get through, I tried to add an album to the basket and it just crashed on me. Fingers crossed it will work later on..... I would assume that they must still have albums available for free if a lot of people are not managing to get through.0
