Blackberry 9700??

Does anyone know if this phone is available yet? Looking to upgrade to this one on Orange as it has a great review and looks like being the best blackberry so far.
Hoping this can be negotiated as a free upgrade as out of contract :D

    Definitely out on T-Mobile and Vodafone, don't think so on Orange or O2 yet.

    Orange are probably still customising the software to their liking but I would expect to see it before Christmas.

    I just ordered one for Orange from Mobile2yourdoor, hopefully arriving tomorrow.
    Although saying that all iv received so far is a email stating my order has been received.
    Should I really be expecting a delivery confirmation email? Or do some companys just dispatch without telling you that they have done so?
