Aww good, bless him! I think young kids are always so brave when they have anything done, an adult would not be as a good a patient! Hope the next few go as well!

Thank you for asking. he is doing well. but having steroid drops hourly which he hates. we have to go back tomorrow to get checked its healing well. to looka t its just a bit bloodyshot my poor boy he was soo brave though!!! very proud of him! one down 3 to go!! ( all with-in the next 12 months!)

Glad to hear it went well and he's home.

If it's any consolation I've had a few eye ops (but not as young as 3) and really eyes are amazing, they heal so quickly.

He's obviously a brave wee fighter if he's objecting to the nasty drops, so hopefully his youth will mean his eyes heal even quicker.:j

My OH is an optician, doesn't do the ops, she gets heaps of patients in after eye ops and they all have a great recovery. The little mite will be fine :)

Were not all greedy:rotfl: I was actually very proud of myself today as I was messing a round with the offer early this morning, I cancelled before paying, £100 of things for £3.50. What was I going to do with so much alcohol, I no longer drink!

I was actually referring to the greedy sods that were putting orders in for over £1000 + no doubt there were alot of sensible people ordering reasonably or cancelling completely like yourself; there's taking advantage of a glitch then there's taking the pi$$...

going to your earlier quote, my little girl is also 3 and has just had a squint operation, its not as complicated as cataracts i know but she had to have drops and cream she has only just stopped now, having patches on now to try and make the eye stronger. If you ever want to talk pm me.

Thank you for that! the drops are just horrible. he absolutely hates them! after them hourly for last 2 days i thought he would have got used to them! even chocolate bribe buttons arent working. a choc drop for a steroid drop doesnt really have much of a ring to it!!
