Well, I just phoned...Port and mints are OOS (was expecting that!) and there's nothing they can do. the Fizz was removed from my order much earlier too.

this gets better and better, update from yesterday, out of the blue i get an email from m&s giving me a goodwill gesture of £5 lol they had already supposedly given me £10 yesterday.
customer services dont know what each other is doing at all lol how funny is this.
on another note, close relli wanted me to purchase an expensive hamper from m&s, i managed to persuade her that buying from another place is better and she happy.0 -

Got my order for 2 cosmo glasses, 1 mini prosecco, 1 mulled wine and 3 cocktail shakers for 18.xx Ordered at abt 130am on the day of the glitch.
Problem being, one of the cosmo glasses is broken. I'm feeling really bad about calling them up complaining, does anyone have an email that I could try contacting them on about my order, at least I can try my luck?0 -
At the bottom of their website their is a button saying contact us, and you can email them on that page0
