I know! I would have a serious complaint to royal mail (or whoever else delivered it) because that is disgusting. I've had some damaged packages in my time but that is horrific.0 -

So if I gently lay it on its side ...

Reminds me of a large china bull my Mum ordered off Ebay - arrived in about 1000 small bits - got a refund but it was a private seller so hope they got their money back. We think Royal Mail dropped it on route several times:eek::mad:Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

Email through the night to say parcel 1 containing Festive Fizz is on its way via Royal Mail. Just went to track it and it says that parcel 2 has also been posted out but no email about that parcel. At least with RM I don't need to stay in waiting on delivery. I also got 3 reminders about goods I have to pick up instore giving me until the 15 December to pick up.
I know its just a bit of fun and no-one wants to stop that during the stressful time of waiting on deliveries but can I ask that there are no cake pictures today as you'll find a lot of people are now accessing MSE via a mobile or similar and it makes the thread resource heavy especially if they are quoted again. Its different with quoia's photos but again if you wouldn't mind not quoting them.

I had orderd 12 after dinners sets and one ws taken off and charged full price, so I canclled it. when i opened my order it had 12 anyway !!.. All 12 of my festive fizz has all turned up beautfully packed.People who live in glass houses shouldnt throw stones...
