Mobile phone with MP3 player needed for son

Please could anybody point me in the right direction, it does have to have an MP3 player and would like to keep it as cheap as possible as it is for 8 year old, also needs to be on vodaphone.

sony errission have MP3 models ( well I believe they are MP3's)

My son has the W302 which cost about £50 just before last xmas, holds loads of music when used with a memory card ( his came with his phone) He has over 200 songs currently on there


edited to add I don't know if they are on vodafone as he is on virgin

DD1 (16) has just got the alcatel one touch mini and actually is really happy with it- she isn't a "label junkie" THe phone does everything she wnts and more, and with a 4gb card in is a fine MP3 player for carrying about too- £29.99 + top up from CPW.

excuse my thickness but wha is cpw, thanks for the replies was lookingat less than that but know this is asking alot with the mp3, just thought as he is only 8 wanted as cheap as possible and then upgrade at a later date.

Have a look around in the supermarkets like ASDA etc. they have really good offers on pay as you go phones. Car Phone Warehouse also has some really good offers.

If you wanted a decentish phone with an okay MP3 player try the LG Cookie...you can get it from Carphone Warehouse for £49.99 I believe.

Included a couple of different price ranged ones, phones4u are pretty good for mobiles as are e2save

Would recommend a cheaper one for a child so young though
