are they not breaking the rules for releasing a pre order item early, i know that with pre order of games we are not allowed to sell them earlier take orders in but not for giving them out

OMG i think i have officially dealt with the worst ebayer ever!! you may remember i got a surfboard sleepdome from there a few days ago well firtsly when i emailed the seller (after i bought the item, unfortunately) i got a cheeky sarcastic message back...!!!!!! my orig message was polite and only a simple Q?, then the item arrived today wrapped in a CARRIER BAG!!!:mad::mad::mad::eek::eek::eek: they charged double postage to send me an item wrapped in a carrier bag with sellotape around it , if i could choke them i would :mad::mad:

If they charged alot on the postage, you could be a cow and claim it back through paypal on a dispute. I did this when someone charged me £12 for a ds lite + couple of games. I assumed would be sent 1st class special... came 2nd class and cost them £4. So I claimed my £8 back.

I have just seen a web article stating that Toys R Us in the States is selling them from this Saturday. I didn't know they were not supposed to be on sale yet...I was just amazed to get one!

just claim back the extra postage, i would, i normally let them off with a £1 but not normally had to claim

The postage was only 4.20 it cost them 1.89 to post 2nd class but to send it in a freaking tesco carrier bag that's the part that has really pi**ed me off

I think it was set for after new year so that people didnt all hurry around to try and get them. But well done you for having one early under the christmas tree.
