Thats good the. Once i emailed the correct adress they replied the next day and dhl were very helpful once i had the tracking code. When it arrived it had a massive sticker with MUST be delivered by 11/12/09 in huge writing on it.

if your was not on here around the 8/9/10 then you will have missed the discussion about the Spanish go go hamster set, from Spain website that a guide was set up to help those and any one who posted Spanish emails we would try and help each other translate them so we would know what will be coming threw the in box and when or how long orders took to come to the UK ect.

not everyone knows everything about websites, translators, how to find things about the Internet, so thats why i tried to help out as i was needing one myself.

Not every one is Internet or pc savvy

I was tempted to buy another so at least the hammies could run around a few more pieces as I have no playsets, but figured I wouldn't have enough connector tubes
It's a shame you cannot pick them up from store though, eh

Very much a pity. Just have to hope they come back in stock again otherwise I'll have one happy and one very unhappy daughter on Christmas day! Either that I'll have to say Santa left it for me

for those who order threw toy r us they charge your card to freeze the funds they need before processing it on dispatch, they took the money for my canceled order and they do release it but takes up to 5 days to fall back in to your bank account, so heads up on that one and remember dont use paypal

They charged me £6.95 for a guaranteed delivery on Wednesday. But then again, they charged me that for a guaranteed delivery of Mr Squiggles and Chunk last week. They never turned up on the day (The following day) so I got the delivery refunded. Apparently the warehouse can't keep up with demand so worth booking next day delivery then claim it back when they can't do it
