Yes this is the bit I failed to mention. He knew nothing about them at first. Like and idiot I actually showed my son the youtube video to see if he liked it. Hasn't stopped talking about them since. Told all his cousins and friends a nursery and has whipped everyone up into a frenzy about something he knew nothing about!:rotfl:

To top it off I have become the crazed mother trying to find my son the perfect present :eek:

I just tried and it did not work. I was going to cancell a order i have with play if it worked as it would work out cheaper. Oh well never mind.

No worries, thanks for the help.Im sure we will get things cheaper and easier after christmas. I may have to get her hammie stuff for easter instead of a egg as dd wont have another b'day until november:eek: And I must have a pink hammie befor then:p

I managed to pick up a couple of hamsters yesterday from Argos, The Moor, Sheffield- they had quite a few behind the counter.

hmm, seems if you type go go hamster, click for just the buy it nows, filter to lowest price first, you can get one for a reasonable price

not the beds, the hamsters, can get them for £13 inc p+p, which is the same as if you ordered online and were charged postage...

i saw about 10 hamsters today in tj`s in bootle strand shopping center......... they were quite hidden among boxes of toys so you would probably have to ask.
