I have checked and the money has been taken from my credit card. Can anyone who has received an order from them tell me if this means my order is being shipped? I have not e-mailed them after placing the order, but I see that some people have received e-mails advising delivery will be in January

When did you place your order? I got this email befor mine was delivered. If there had not been a mix up with the adress it prob would of been the day befor it was delivered. If I was you I would email them using on line translator and then copy to your email asking for a parcel tracking number. When you get this you can call dhl and give them the correct adress if they do not already have it. Make sure when emailing them use the email with clientes in it, do not reply to the email they send as i think it is a no reply one. Hope you get it soon. It is great.

I placed my order at about 9am on the 10th December, after sitting up half the night trying to get their system to accept the order (thanks to Vicki etc for their help!) Have e-mailed asking for tracking number, so fingers crossed (for everyone!!)

i do work but only at weekends as i have a daughter and helping to see what the spanish emails say will help no only me but others on the forums so they know what to look out for coming in to there email inbox.

everyone who receives a email from the Spanish site please can you state date and time or order, just to see if they are working threw the orders in actual order and not using a random process

I placed 2 orders, both on 10th December at 02.51 and 02.58. Had an email to say my address details had been passed onto the delivery agent, but no money taken yet.
