Wow that's good! Have to give it to them on the Customer Service front the past few days, just really unfortunate about all these playset orders! Hope they give priority to all those who lost out when they get new stock in!

here's the link, you get whats in the pic- patches the hamster, pink half of house, carrier (no blanket), wheel, ramp, tunnel and slide.
it was figured out on here earlier (assuming you can buy patches at rrp of £9.99 which you cant, he's only available in sets) that the rrp comes to £55 for all these items.
i paid £47.10 including my bank's £1 fee for overseas transaction and it arrived 10 days after ordering.

wheel, slide, the pink half of a house, one hammy (patches, the yellow and white one with a flower on her back) and a carrier (but it doesn't have a blanket).

RRP would be £65 if the house was whole and the carrier had a blanket. My spanish set was £46-something so was a bargain really

Call JL back and explain it's for a gift and that you will not be buying from them again...just not acceptable!!! Not your problem that someone in a warehouse can't do their job....When they offer just the amount you paid tell them again it's not acceptable!! Worked for me

in sainsburys the hamsters go through the till at £9.99, still priced at £14.99 sel.price checked 1 out of noseyness. hth
