If you are using my stock checker, then yes it will go off when you have that page open, even in the background. Please ensure you test the alarm to make sure it is going to go off at the right time. My stock checker site alarm is the sound of a submarine diving.

I nearly crapped myself the first time that alarm went off, had the volume on pc quite loud needless to say turned it down now lol
