Certainly leave negative feedback to let others know what this person has done. I tried looking for your transaction and found one that sounded similiar to what you posted last night If this person does have a feedback of only 17 then 1 negative would have a big impact on their rating. you have nothing to lose by paying as you'll get a refund or the item but if you don't pay then you get a strike and wouls have to fight with ebay to get it removed. Certainly report them no matter what!
Paypal don't always refund all of your fees. I once paid for something that never arrived and only received a partial refund of the selling price as that was all that was in the seller's paypal account. I don't think (but I could be wrong!!) that Paypal refund you - they take any money they are returning to you from the seller's Paypal account. Nothing in the account = No refund.0 -
Oh dear, still not sold. They have had that available for a few weeks now, I wonder why it hasn't sold. They even offer £20 if you collect its such a bargain. :rotfl:

Ignore what I said about paying Princesswoo, If you might not get refund then you safer not to, having thought about it, you are not breaking any contract by not paying as they had already told you they werent selling before you paid, I was thinking you had already paid before you got the message from seller.
Def leave negative feedback and report.0 -
