Personally I would pay via Paypal and dispute when they do not send. It would be a real pain to have two strikes against you (I read about the numpty and the bed) as this may stop you bidding if seller adds to buyer requirements.

Im not paying, then having the said money stuck in paypal until they decide i win however long that takes, im not rich enough to have money in limbo, :rotfl:

Im done with ebay now they can take a long walk of a short bridge.

They must be sending it out via securicor with an armed delivery guy wearing full protective body armour for that price.

Yeah, I had forgot how long Paypal could take to sort out.

The seller is probably bluffing and if not as you've given up on eBay no problem.

I cannot believe the cheek of the seller. I hope that you have left them a neg to warn others.

I would agree that you should pay. Paypal will give you your money back eventually and then you wont get the strike. Certainly leave negative feedback to let others know what this person has done. I tried looking for your transaction and found one that sounded similiar to what you posted last night If this person does have a feedback of only 17 then 1 negative would have a big impact on their rating. you have nothing to lose by paying as you'll get a refund or the item but if you don't pay then you get a strike and wouls have to fight with ebay to get it removed. Certainly report them no matter what!

I would say to pay it too otherwise then you havent withheld your side of the agreement and your argument is not as strong. its very unfair though that you have to stand out of pocket.
