if you to kittybrewster with id you will get it then? they are pretty good in there, ive forgotten my card a few times and they dont mind as long as you have id and confirmation of address. my understanding of that is that they have it held for you at the post office.

Ok - this is weird. I had a window open to the JL carrier/bed page and refreshed it and it said 4 available, ordered 2 and it came up right away saying none in stock. Strange that it didn't come up on the stockchecker.

Surely it'll be in your name?

Can you turn up at the delivery office with the tracking number, and ID without address (i.e. passport)

My delivery office will give things to me with no card and no ID.

I feel really sorry for you, I recently had a parcel wrongly delivered to someone in my street, parcel had their house number but my name on. They had opened it and the invoice had my address on, lady did knock with it a day after and said she luckily she knew my name (i think she was too afraid to say she opened my parcel to check) This person may be honest you never know. Maybe you can put a note through their door asking them to call you. They don't know what the parcel is, might save them the hassle or worry that they have something waiting and aren't expecting a parcel.

You can have it re-delivered, I have done that many times, just called RM and told them to deliver parcel at MIL's

Royal Mail do my head in!! I posted something on Friday 1st class recorded and by the look of the tracker, the person still hasn't received it!! Waste of bl00dy time paying for the extra postage IMO

am confused, will no 11 give you the card? Just you said they won't give you the card and then said they are not in. Hopefully they will give you the card when you show them your name and see that the parcel was mis-addressed

I posted something on tuesday 1st class recorded and the person didn't recieve it till friday afternoon. I was getting very worried :mad::mad:
