I'm not sure this is true, as their address is on the parcel and they have the card. Its easy to have a parcel delivered to your home with another name on, ie. for a friend. Its not really the fault of number 11 that its been sent to them, but its honesty to give the item to correct person if they have it, but sadly not everyone has morals.

You may be right, but why do they always ask for ID? DHL and Royal mail ask you to take ID with you when you collect stuff?

Dunno how many of these sell though and people pay for them. I swear sellers are trying to push the price lol.
