There are some difficulties about enforcing a maximum price. More about enforcing a minimum one, of course, but there's no guarantee that Character could win any court case against a retailer.

just been searching on amazon for a non gogo related gift and found this underneath the item " In stock. Want guaranteed delivery by 1pm Saturday, December 5? Order it in the next 69 hours and 29 minutes" ..impressive that amazon can travel back in time these days! :rotfl:

yes i've tried changing the batteries. It's just his nose button that doesn't work , apart from that he's working fine. I think i may hang on to him , if i return him and can't get another dd will only have one which isn't as much fun! dd is only 2.5 so she's not too bothered as long as he can race around still!

sorry for asking a umb question,but i have just glanced at this.

I am looking for these but like anyone i cannot find them,i have looked and signed up on the live checker,will i get one hamster before christams do people know or have they completly sold out not to be getting any more stock in?

argos apparently are getting stock, john lewis are looking to list as they havent listed online yet, tescos and toys r us, try online everyday around 9 to 10 pm is when they are listed

Amazon keep getting them in, they have then available for about half an hour and the they go out of stock, you just have to keep you eye on it, also quite a few argos have them in, but you have to go in store to check.

Just to let people know incase you missed my post yesterday John Lewis messed up some orders and took orders when they were out of stock! So if they do get any stock in before Christmas they have back orders to fulfil before new ones! :rolleyes: Not impressed at all!

They also said they were not sure when and if (before Christmas) they would get more stock!
