I'm new to this hamster hunting lark (a very late starter but ever optomistic :rolleyes:)
I've just been to Tesco to collect my house - still not got a hamster to go in it
Thought I would use all my powers of persuasion on the lady on the direct desk to see if she could somehow order / reserve me a hamster when they came in stock.
Yes, of course she said. I smiled smugly, until she opened up her book (which had pages of names and numbers of people wanting houses / hamsters ) and said she would add my name to the list and then she would check the stock on the internet at 9.00 every day and ring me straight away if there were any online so I could go and order straight away :rotfl:It's easier to get forgiveness than to ask permission

I freaked out the fist time i pressed the hamsters back in the box, i too thought i'd broke it.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
