    leave him negative feedback if he will not sell it at the price you bought it for. you bought it in good faith, he listed it wrong..

    Seller can pretty much do anything they want.

    Ebay won't get involved as the seller will just say they they made a mistake listing.

    As long as no payment taken or refunded but then thats ebays !!!!!!!ized sons (paypal) issue
