i dont know who this seller is, i am not trying to promote them and if there are any ebayers out there, i am sure they are more than capable of looking at ebay themselves for bargains to resell anyway. so set your pitchforks down all you witch hunters!!! :rotfl:

Unfortunately you can't force him to sell it to you.
All you can do is leave him neg FB if you wanted to.

Does sound like a genuine mistake tho.

i'm pretty sure they cant, a buy it now sale is a binding agreement. have they sent you a proper request to cancel the transaction? if that was me, i would get straight in there and report it to ebay. unfortunately, they will most likely not send the item, issue a paypal refund and relist it on their ebay or someone else's.

I picked up Num Nums from Tesco yesterday (was v excited!). Really hope they are more impressive once out of the box! Had a 'discussion' with the sales assistant because there was no invoice/receipt with it (ordered Tesco direct, delivered to store) and i think it looks like has been played with.
