Marylou and I had the same call. I suspect the order has been cancelled. I called CS who confirmed that my order had been cancelled. I hope you are one of the lucky ones.

I thought it was strange but he was adament that they would still send 2. He only ordered off one account so can't answer about 2 per household.
I would recomend you keep your eye on your order just incase it does come through. DH was told to keep checking his email as a dispatch email will be sent.

im also waiting for a tru order that shud be here today and not arrived.
tru say i have to leave it 4 working days before they will refund/replace, so tomorro i will call again and ask for refund as theres obviously sum1 in the chain with sticky fingers thats got my order!!!

Manager told me this morning that they had used fraud system to find and cancel orders with more than 2.

I had two orders with JL got email to say that they were dispatched, phoned last night and they have refunded one order. Dont know whether to give it til friday or phone and get refund on the other one?

I am a lurker on this thread and am really grateful to everyone for helping me find the hamsters and house for my girls. I ordered some add ons from TRU on Friday and they haven't arrived. My hamsters came in the normal post in an envelope which annoyed me as there is no way that would cost them £4.95 and they could easily have been damaged. Now my surfboard and skateboard haven't arrived I think they are saving on postage by sending RM rather than courier and am now worried that they won't arrive.

Hi, am new on here but also ordered from TRU on fri and recieved my parcel today a bit battered tho, my OH is a postman and said they are so backed up with parcels at the mo so don't lose hope if you havnt received yours yet
