Well all i got when i spoke to tru is, its coming via royal mail there running behind and you need to wait till tuesday or wednesday then we will issue a parcel lost with royal mail. They said we haven't got any stock and no more coming in. How annoyed will i be if they have more stock appear on there website. Rubbish customer services.

What did you order because the tru branches are getting stock tomorrow.

just been issued a refund with toys r us not to pleased as i really wanted the ball and its gonna cost a mint on ebay

I ordered a ball and 2 hamsters for my friend, my sister works at toys r us and doesn't think they are getting balls in tomorrow just hamsters. :mad::mad:

This is what is annoying me why are they issuing some refunds and not others, it makes no sense.
