    So do you have any evidence to support your claim (e.g. recorded letters) that you repeatedly voiced your concerns about the situation back in March 2009 but were ignored?

    British Gas are not disputing any part of my account of how this all unfolded. They have apologised profusely and take full responsibility along with any other suppliers involved.They have records of all my enquiries and accept that I complained and requested an engineers visit twice as I've recounted in my earlier posts.
