Ah yes, understand now. Did happen to me once (usually, any returns are covered by replacement products, which hopefully I already have in stock;)) - was a faulty bracelet and only a small cost item so not much 'pain'.

Hi did anyone order shimmer tips mascara in silver lustre for themselves, I ordered it for teenage daughter and am going to send it back as I am really disappointed.It looks really silver in the brochure and in reality it is a grey colour with no visible glitter or sparkle at all. Have ordered the curlacious diamond one in HT 4 as it looks more sparkly.

Well, taken books today to my usual customers to pick up Saturday, and taking a load of books tomorrow to recanvass mine & OH territory for new customers (also collecting Saturday), with a leaflet telling them they get a free gift with every 6 orders if they order from me, and 20% off their first order, and 10% of their second order. Hoping it might tempt a few people to try avon if they haven't before, and others - maybe they'll order off me instead of their usual rep to get the discount lol! I'm hoping once they've ordered once then they'll be hooked - its worth a try at least!!

Hi All,

Took delivery of my Campaign 2 order at 7.30 this morning and can't believe the number of mistakes made in such a small order ( all contained in 1 box!!!) - 3 items 'charged for, but missing from the box' and 1 extra item, not ordered or charged for.....Wonder if someone was still recovering from Christmas indulgences when the orders were picked and packed :rolleyes:
At least the missing items were all for me, so I wont have to disappoint any of my customers.......

Well, took the books for recanvassing today, and turns out I've managed to deliver to most of our territories as there was more books than I thought lol! Whether there's any orders to collect on Saturday....I'm not too hopefull, just hoping a few of our regulars order.

I usually do my returns in returns book decided to use online and print them. can i print off a few and put all the stuff in the one box. DO i need carrier to sign all the forms or just one.

Yes you can have returns on several different forms, put them all in the same box using the same barcode. Write the barcode number onto ALL the forms, and get the carrier to sign ALL the forms - as they are your proof of returning them, just in case Avon don't process all your returns correctly.

got my delivery today and the replacement antler bag doesn't have the shoulder strap. I know the 2nd one I ordered, definitely had it, as I had to give that to the 1st customer as she called me upon her return from America to say it was missing.

So I had a second bag, opened it and gave that one to her.

Strange.
