    Oxfam is a great idea and something I get as a present from my folks every year and really appreciate. HOWEVER, we have bought Oxfam presents for husbands family before. Lets just say - they REALLY didn't get it!!!!!

    You might consider a pecan/fruit cake from The Collin Street Bakery. These are quite unique and absolutely delicious. They even get their own Wikipedia page.

    Probably not one for weight watchers though!

    The website prices in $ and £ but it does not seem to be a particularly favourable exchange rate.

    I've linked to the gift set but you can buy the cakes individually. As I recall the 1 7/8lb ones are not very big (possibly an individual size?) but the price seems reasonable. We had the medium which was big enough for sharing.

    Shipping is a reasonable $3.95 for standard so that would save you a few quid, but you would need to be quick to get it there in time for Christmas.

    I also found a couple of codes which may be of use here. PS Answer no to "Take me to voucherhub.com" as the codes aren't on there.
