Paying for a "free" movie trial

Options
I recently contacted Sky to add some new channels to my package, and during the phone call it became apparent that I'd been paying for a number of the movie channels even though I don't subscribe to them.

It turns out that those channels were free for a couple of days a few months back as part of a trial, but Sky had decided to start charging for them without letting me know. I've since got the money back, but I thought I'd post this in case it's happened to anyone else.
