    oh dear - to bad really - the examiner is trying to rush it through when really they should wait until the actual change takes place, but hey ho more haste less speed as they say

    ell i said i wont know waht payments wil def be until first or second week in jan as i cant inform tax credits of this change until it happens in jan, so se said she'd send me out a new form with new details of what i will have to pay and then i will have to forward her the details of the award notice when it comes through

    For benefits ive used...

    £249.20 x 52 (CTC) + £33.20 x 52 (CB) / 12 = £1224

    Thats what figures you should be giving OR, so they wont have a hope in hell of taking £4-500 off you :)

    well i feel loads more positive just knowingthat the actual interview is over, dont get me wrong she was a lovely lady but yesterday i thought that she was a wicked witch from the wild west!!!
    its like something around £380 a month differnce! thought i best check with tax credits!! i know what there like!!

    So the latest calculation sounds one hell of a lot more realistic to me than the other figure!!!!

    Hi everyone
    Just thought I would let you all know that after I informed the OR that my tax credits calculation had been wrong, I now have to pay £200 a month back which is excellent considering that they wanted me to pay £524 a month back!!
