    i have got no idea im so upset, but apparently after ive paid anything i have about 700 a monh left over i dont get how like!
    but she says il receive in writing how much i have to pay back
    and it looks like i loose my sofa!

    You need to ask for a breakdown of how they arrived at such a big surplus. OR's have been known to make mistakes and get the figures wrong. how much surplus do you think you had?

    i dont know and i thought i had about 50 odd!
    im fed up now really fed up
    she just said that she will work it out as fast as she can and give me the details ive gt to ring her back with some details of gas company etc

    yea everyone got surplus down to 37 but some of bills had aears on so had to take them off

    It can only be the childminding, ive had a look at your SOA and there are bits to reduce such as the utilities but nothing on the scale to give you £700 surplus, what did the examiner say about the childminding fees did they say if they were allowing them

    in jan they half to 150 a week but so will my tax credits?? they wil drop to roughly 325 a week
