Is anyone else haveing problems with Tiscali.?

We have the Tiscali package, broadband and are telephone calls.
Are phone's have now been off for 3 day's and I have sent them
e-mails but none of them have been answered.
They take money out of bank account quick enough :mad:

    I left Tiscrapi 2 years ago because of their poor customer service and have never looked back.

    It sounds silly, but emails tend to get ignored. If possible use their official complaints section within their website or send them a letter with the word 'complaint' in the title. I believe they are obliged to respond to complaints by law within a certain time frame.

    Also, always insist that anything they agree to do verbally is sent to you in writing and don't take no for an answer.

    Good luck in dealing with these clowns.

    I have been with Tiscali for a number of years now also on the Broadband and telephone package. A few months ago, I also had an issue whereby my telephone line was down and it transpired that they were changing over to a faster service as they are now talk talk.
    I have a really good contact who always gets things done for me.
    His name is Richard Lawrence and he is the High level complaints executive.

    and his phone number is 0207 087 2121

    If anything goes wrong with my Tiscali I go straight to him rather than trying to email/call anyone else.

    Give him a try, hopefully he will be able to sort problem for you.
  • As you've still got internet access, you'll need to contact Tiscali directly

    Go to the website, and log into your account.
    You'll see a 'my account help' option on the left hand side, click on this
    Then click on the 'contact' tab, and fill in the details of your problem.
    You will be issued with a support ticket, and some should deal with your problem presently.
