I took out a contract with Phones2U Direct about six months ago. All along I found their Customer Service to be absolutely abysmal. The phone (if you can ever get through) is always manned by James. I called in to ask which bill to send for cashback they wouldnt tell me. When it finally came to my cashback I sent it in last Thursday by Recorded Delivery. When I called today to ask if it was received James said he didnt have that information. I said I needed to know because if their was anything wrong with my claim I had time to put it right. I have constantly found James to be as useful as a chocolate fireguard. At all costs avoid taking out a contract with Phones2U Direct....you will regret it.

I'm not sure it is worth saying never based purely on poor customer services - I have had much worse from osps but eventually had all by cashbacks and hopefully the same will be true of p2ud - my first claim is due within two weeks of the bill date of the first bill I get after 6 months connected - as made clear on their website.I think....0

I had a some trouble with OSPS as well, but at least they told me which bill to send in for cashback...and I got all my cashback from OSPS as well.0

I agree with you I wouldn't necessarily recommend them but as long as I do ge tthe cash back I am not going to complain too loud - I was just trying to make the point that if you aren't willing to deal with companies with 'challenging' customer services then options for cashback seem to be a bit limited :-)
...on the other hand if they fail to pay up please let us all know as soon as possible so MSErs can all work together to put pressure on them.I think....0
