I bought myself a much larger sealed tin pot. Like an oversized tin of beans. It will have to be cut open. It did cost 99p, so the penny change was the first one in at the shop! When do we open the pots?

 Good Heavens above dentonemma , he has to be one VERY keen saver indeed!!! :T I do hope he keeps it up throughout his life, he'll certainly be very thankful for it if so, his family too - when that happens!

Flippin heck sparky! Are we really that far through already?! I can scarcely believe it.

I'm very late tonight folks so must keep it brief, but it's so good to see everyone staying hard at saving, well done!!!! :T £2.25 in the opt for me.

Have a lovely weekend all, especially enjoy today as it's set to be good.

Have added more change to the pot - forget now how much, but have updated sig.

As I went in to the Co-op this morning I saw 1p lying in the doorway. Had DH in the wheelchair, so parked up and helped him out so he could walk round with me. I have only JUST realised that I forgot to pick up the penny - and felt quite cross with myself!

AM I GETTING OBSESSIVE OR WHAT?!!!
Keeping two cats and myself on a small budget, and enjoying life while we're at it!
