    Morning everyone,
Had a brilliant day yesterday, about 12 of us went to Southport on our scooters, it was bl**dy freezing, but I still had a grin on my face from ear to ear, aching all over today, I forgot how many different muscles you use when riding a scooter, well it has been 28 years since I went for such a long run. DW loved the run out, plus we had some change to pop into the sealed pot when we got home.

Good to see you back Sue, the girls have been quite good and not picked on me much while you've been incommunicado.

    Hi Sparky,

I heard there was an invasion in Southport by the mods Hope Stunty wasn't called out to control you.:rotfl::rotfl:

    BTW Sue is back!!!

    Morning Everyone,

Hopefully I won't be putting any pennies in the pot cos I really don't want to spend any money to-day.

    Have a good day everyone

    hey everyone!
£3 for me today after totting up last week's budget - have been popping odds and sods in as the week has gone on but have checked the budget, have some cash to pay into the bank and the leftover £3 from the weekend is in the pot!

Nearly keeled over on Friday lol - DS's preschool are giving everyone a tube of smarties for free - when the choc is finished, we are supposed to fill the tube with as many 20p pieces as possible and then all tubes will be entered into a prize draw - no idea what the prize is but it wont be pretty 20p pieces lol as they are for funds. is it bad that my first reaction on reading the newsletter was "Are you joking???!! Don't you know they are supposed to go in my sealed tin??". Whooops!

  • I know what you mean Nicki_Sue.My DD wanted my 6 pound coins for a book from the school bookfair this morning and my first thought was 'no,they're going in Mr Cow'. I gave them to her,but very reluctantly..
