I'm putting in any £1 and £2 coins I have on me.
Here dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
    And we were young.

Just to let you know I've decided that I'm not ready for this challenge quite yet, I've been looking at things and instead of saving (even just pennys) I need to be putting everything in to clearing of my debts so I've decided thats what I'm going to do, so I'll be dropping out of the challenge for now
    Thanks for your friendship xx

    Hi Tracieann,

I totally understand your decision and can appreciate that as you are doing the 'Payment A Day' challenge you are in conflict, why have pennies languishing in a pot when it could be paying off interest?

So, just to say "thanks for popping by" and if and when you feel the time is right for you, we'd love to see you again.

All the best in your DFW quest. :)

Good luck with paying off your debts. Believe me once you do you will never get into debt again. We had friends who had see it, want it, buy it mentality. The upshot was they had £95'000 worth of debt (they amassed this before we became friends). Now after a long hard slog they are debt free. If they can do it you can. :)

Well said fishcakes at the end of the day becoming debt free is our ultimate goal

    Hi Sparks,

    You've got all my snow!

We haven't had a decent snowfall for some time now, the skiers and boarders are not best pleased.

Have a good, dry, warm one.
