    Jess,
My DW is definitely jealous now, her other favourite dog is the German Shepard, she nags me about getting one, mind you if she had her way we would have a house full of dogs

We have a German Shepherd Dog too (she's our 'pavement pennies sniffer dog' when on duty, but has been out of action for a few months because she has had an infection and our other dog is too old at nearly 17!). So that just leaves me and DH to check out the pavements and I prefer not to check them out at ground level (having slipped over twice so far:D) so no pennies from that direction. However am fully intending to raid DH's pockets when he comes home later today as I'm getting a bit desperate now.

10p added to piggy. I am trying not to spend much at the minute so I am not having a lot of change to add to my tins.

I think DH is going to put a fiver in the tin tonight though:T

Im a bit late to this having only started to use the forum in the last week or so. But please can I join in too? I'd like to save all my loose change under 50p that ends up in my purse, down the back of the sofa, in my car, at the bottom of my handbag etc etc. Cant really set a target, because it depends on how often I go out shopping with cash! And Im on the grocery challenge too - is that a conflict of interest?

£1 into my pot today, and change into grandchildren's pot.

June 2010 - 11/56 lbs Weight to lose before May 2011.

  • Afternoon all. Nothing for me again today I'm afraid as I'm at home with this stinkin' cough. Suppose I will have to go back in tomorrow though. Although I really, really, really don't wanna:p:p:p

Some good news though, I've just had a call from the store I bought a handbag from before Christmas and the handle broke after 4 weeks:mad::mad::mad: They have finally agreed to give me a full refund but boy was it a struggle. I even went as far as getting a claim for from Egg to pursue it.

I filed last year's tax return yesterday zzzzzzz! Which means I'm poor until the end of Feb.

And the charitable 2% of me has sorted some stuff for Oxfam and prepared some used postage stamps to send off to Hearing Dogs :A:A:A
Maybe karma will deliver me some nice juicy roadkill tomorrow morning on my journey into work.

Sorry it's all about me, me, me...but I'm going stir crazy with only Mr LC to speak to for the last 4 days :rolleyes::rolleyes: LCxxx
    Save me from spending...
