right then I will have a go at this as feeling motivated since the 10k challenge started - I have got a terumundi pig that I chipped yesterday so now not at all bothered about smashing to get money out at end of year so think I will use that as sealed pot and put all 50p's in it, know some people do £2 coins but as a mother of 2 young boys a £2 in the purse can get me outta all kinds of bother! I think for me squirreling away 50p's is more sustainable....oh and anyone know where to get one of those big plastic coke bottles from, the mega size ones that you can use to save change, a modern version of the old whisky jar.....thanks for this forum and good luck everyone!0

I am back! Thanks for the messages.
I had a little baby girl on the 3rd of January (my actual due date) weighing 7lb 12 oz. She has a full bill of health, a head full of hair and is absolutely gorgeous! :smileyhea:j
And of course I am now looking for a little pot/money bank for her to have too!
So as I have been at home all week (escaped from hospital on Monday! phew! soooo noisy in there!) I haven't spent any money so nothing for the pot from me this week.:money: Maybe next week I'll have something to contribute.
Happy New Year everyone! Hope that you challenges are going well and the snow isn't causing too many problems for you xxx
Congratulations. Hope you are both well xxxDebtFree FEB 2010!Slight blip in 2013 - Debtfree Aug 2014 :j
