"Sealed Pot Challenge 3"

Tired of constantly being broke and stuck in an unhappy marriage, a husband decided to solve both problems by taking out a large insurance policy on his wife and then arranging to have her killed.
A 'friend of a friend' put him in touch with an underworld figure who went by the name of 'Artie'.
Artie explained to the husband that his going price for snuffing out a spouse was £5,000.
The husband agreed to pay but he wouldn't have any cash until he could collect his wife's insurance money.
Artie insisted on being paid something up front, so the man opened his wallet, displaying the single pound that rested inside. Artie sighed, rolled his eyes and reluctantly agreed to accept the pound as down payment.
A few days later, Artie followed the wife to Tescos. There he surprised her in the produce department & proceeded to strangle her.
The manager of the produce department stumbled unexpectedly onto the murder scene. Unwilling to leave any living witnesses, ol' Artie had no choice but to strangle the produce manager as well.
However, unknown to Artie, the entire proceedings had been captured by the hidden security cameras and observed by the security guard, who immediately called the police. Artie was immediately caught and arrested.
Under intense questioning at the police station, Artie revealed the whole sordid plan, including his unusual financial arrangements with the hapless husband, who was also quickly arrested.
The next day in the newspaper, the headline declared ...
[You're going to hate me for this ... ]
'Artie chokes 2 for £1.00 at Tesco'.

Morning loopychris,
Last year I picked up £53.07 in road change, this goes into a seperate pot and every 1st April I pay a bill with it, that way I look that some-one else has paid towards my debt, schoolkids are the best source of this kind of change, they don't seem to like having it in their pockets
Wow! I can't believe you found that much, that's brilliant! I only find the odd 2p or 1p coins... maybe I should walk down the main road after the kids have come out of the local school!
Think I'll do the same, keep a separate pot for it, and see how much I can get by this time next year...Keep Calm and Carry On Kondoing

Oooh - Id forgotten all about this - till I went to pick up my dragon and his bottom fell out !!!! Id had to stop halfway through August when my horse arrived - but Id managed to save £69.39 (which considering Id also plundered it earlier on too I didnt think was too bad!!)
Have dusted dragon off now, and rearranged his "hair" - and sellotaped his bottom in....
oh - and fed him 23p that I found in my purse....
Ideally Id like as much as possible to buy nice things for people next year !!!Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -
