I use a combination of call18866 for my geographic business calls and my 750 minutes of free calls on 3 for mobiles for our (small) business.
I'm not joking when I say I reckon it's saving us the best part of £2,000 pa compared to the previous offerings we were using (BT's Small Business "Deal" where you "only" (!) pay something like 5p for the first hour providing you spend at least £500 pa overall).
