I would still give them a quick call when the office opens to confirm this is the case.

Hi there I really hope that someone can help me? I have just checked my online banking as I noticed that I was going really overdrawn and have just noticed that I have not been paid for the last 2 weeks any income support! They have missed 19th and 26th of November Payments! Please help me with what to do as I hate speaking on the phone- Why would they have done this?!!!

I had a similar problem. They said it was due to the fact that i was on a clerical claim system. It was sorted out quickly and I haven't had any more issue's since.

  • Gerry did that happen because of the change over to fortnightly? I have not been able to sleep just been waiting to ring them, it is just such a worry for me!

No i was already on fortnight payment. They said it was that some people's details were entered onto a clerical claim maybe computer system was down. I'm only guessing that though i dont know for sure why i was clerical.

I know its easier said than done, but try not to worry huni it was easily sorted.

How did it go? Were you able to sort this out this morning?
    I do hope so.
  • Hi Chinesedeli

Did you manage to call them and find out what's happened to your payments?

    Hope you got it sorted.

  • Hi everyone yes I managed to get it sorted after a very long phonecall! It was a clerical error and it took a long time for them to find me on the system and realise their mistake. The Woman just kept saying I should have realised two Weeks ago! Which I can understand that we should all check our accounts etc but I just did not appreciate being talked to like a pile of rubbish. I am so so glad it has all been sorted out now and should get my payments at 5pm today- thanks again for all of your support xx

Thats great news, its a pity you had to endure a telling off for the delay, however the main thing is you got it sorted. It'll be a good nights sleep tonight, no more worrying.
