I rang the BS and they said i can keep the Hand cream but I don't really like the smell of it. I just wonder who might got my order? It would be good if any of the MSE got it.

Hi, I know what you mean about the hemp hand cream - the smell really put me off too and I didn't want it anywhere near me! I currently use an aveda one which is long-lasting (and smells nice) but after hearing everyone go on about the hemp one I tried it again and I have to say it's the best hand cream I've ever tried and the smell definitely fades really quickly. I plan to buy it when I need to renew my current one. I get a bit of eczema in the winter and the aveda and body shop hemp creams are the best I've found to deal with that as well as being a good general hand cream (I don't feel like carrying two products for different jobs.) So if you don't know anyone who wants the cream, I'd recommend that you give it another try. Believe me, after smelling it the first time I never thought I'd recommend it to anyone but deeply inhaling the scent from the tube is different from how it smells when you use it!

UPS came today with my second order, but the driver said to refuse to accept it, as he could tell there was broken glass in it.

I did as he said, then rang the Body Shop. Sadly the Merry Cranberry candles are now OOS, so they're crediting me for the price of the candle, then sending me a room diffuser (my 3rd-free-item) and a nutmeg and vanilla candle for just the cost of the candle.

    I'm happy with that.
  • Luckily my candles weren't broke but the bubble wrap had come away from one so quite lucky mine didn't smash. Think someone else had a broken one too

Got my second order (of 3) today.
The sparkle roller balls are tiny and I think they are overpriced at £3 let alone the supposed RRP of £7!! They are worth £1 - £1.50 tops imho.
That said, I got 4 sparkle rollers and 2 wraps for £12 so still a good deal.

Sorry about all the candle problems - glad I didn't order any of those now.

My third order came by Ups today. I got all items 1 day after my dispatch email. Im very Lucky, all my candles are just perfect. I love the Apricot one, its lush.
I was thinking of returning some items , but I just cant do it. I love them all. lol.
    This was a fantastic Glitch.
Hemp handcream smells so bad, but it works wonders on dry hands, and is fab for mens hands , not that I know any men that use it ;)
The brushes are sooo pants , no wonder they cant get rid of them.
I appreciate Each and Every win. I thank every comp poster from the bottom of my heart :A

Can anyone tell me what the offer was that got you the free coconut shimmer butter?
I'm sure it should have been on the order I got today, but it's not here!

It was free when you spent £25. If it is on your order but not delivered given them a ring, i'm sure they'll send it out to you

I have finally got all my orders :j. I have to agree with a lot of people who have said the the sparkle roller ball aren't even worth the £3. The brush set don't seem too bad but definitely not worth £39 . Everything smells delicious. I'm happy overall.

Thanks again to the OP and everyone who's helped.:T

Thanks, I've figured out that I fiddled with the order and only spent £22! Error on my part!
