Has anyone got any small Tesco staff shirts ?

There's no way you'd work for Tesco for 5 months and not have a uniform. There's ALWAYS some type of uniform lying about - t-shirts promoting their deals etc that the staff wear for a few weeks at a time.
I'm not usually cynic but I simply do not believe this.

Contact your PM in writing saying that despite several attempts on your part uniform has not been supplied, (as per contractual agreement) and that you will need written authorisation from the store to continue to wear your own clothes and a reason why the company has broken their own T&C's.

Bet you get uniform pretty quick

Unfortunately, what the OP has stated is more than likely true - after 6 weeks, I'm still waiting, as are others in my team, for some of our uniform.

My son had to wait quite a few weeks for his uniform shirts. They are well out of date now, even if I could find them. Did not have to give it back when he left though!

In fact if I had to work at Mr T's I think i'd rather not have their uniform.

A bloke worked in our Tesco for about 3 months without the uniform... wore a Lacoste jacket lol

OP - consider yourself lucky - you get to wear a nice cosy warm jumper and gloves when working the chilled aisles, where as your colleagues get frozen in those ruddy awful shirts

If it were me, I would ring head office and tell them the situation - you will prob find you get a uniform or at least part of it pretty quick and your manager will get a ticking off - 5 mths is totally unacceptable to still be waiting.
