How bloody annoying. If a friendly word hasn't worked, and other options have also failed I really would do tit for tat.

I would get a friend to park in your space, and you park in her space, when she complains, respond in exactly the same way she does to you when the roles are reversed.

    Or get one of these:

Love to see her face if you put one of these up, worth the effort just for that lol
  • Could you legally clamp her car and charger her a release fee, we have the same problem where we live, but we dont have a car, yet! But once we do, i would love to clamp their car!

or "accidentally" spill lots of nails in your space, and leave the space open......

Get one of those folding parking security posts fitted so when you're away lift the barrier and no one can park there.

What car is it? If it's reasonably small, then hire some muscular males and get them to bounce the car onto the nearest double yellow, then call the police and report it abandoned. (Or wait for traffic warden).
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

Trespass is definitely the word you need. It's the same as her parking in your front garden.

Big sticky label on the windscreen.
  • Scatter her car with breadcrumbs and let the pigeons (and their bottoms) descend!! :D She won't want to park there if birds keep messing on the car!
Do good deeds and you could raise the curtain, do good deeds and you could really raise your life....
  • this happened to me, our bays are clearly marked and certain people kept using them. I did polite notes and asking them verbally not to park there. I got rid of one can by blocking him in - and taking the intercom off the hook for an hour :rotfl:
Your management company should be able to do something - mine said they could issue passes for in the car - so No 1 flat would have no 1 passes, and a clamping company would clamp anyone not displaying the right pass in the right space
