Affordable Mobiles Order

Hi ordered a blackberry mobile this morning from affordable mobiles, order went through ok and after putting payment details in a new screen came up telling me my order had been successful.
However after three hours of waiting I still have not received a confirmation email, have sent the company an email but heard nothing back yet.
Is this wait time for a confirmation email normal I thought it would be instant after my purchase.

Wouldnt recommend that site to anyone. Really bad communication skills which is ironic for a communications device seller.
I received no emails of dispatch of my order, was supposed to be dispatched today and I received no confirmation of my order despite saying on the site my order was accepted.

The order being accepted is not the same as being confirmed, they are probably doing credit check - its normal for most retailers.

Thanks for the reply. The screen it took me to after my payment details were entered and completed stated that I had been accepted by Orange and I will receive an email once it has been dispatched.

Well chill out - you are not going to get immediate replies from all sites, it depends on their system, you might even get a dispatch email this evening and delivery tomorrow. But you have to allow 1-2 days usually for these things to get done.

Have been having loads of problems with them too, ordered a new blackberry over a week ago, I did get my confirmation email but then heard nothing for 4 days! So i chased them via email and within an hour received an email confirming that my order was now completed and would be dispatched for the next day. That was today, I haven't received a despatch email or anything, I sent them another email and they said that I will recieve the despatch email tonight for delivery tomorrow... so fingers crossed!
