Yes. Go to https://www.accountmanagement.o2.co.uk and register for online account management. When set up (usually takes a day or two), you can check your remaining minutes etc.0

But only available if you pay by Direct Debit not any other method:beer:0

This also assumes your service provider is O2 and not a third party such as O2 CPW.reelcrazy wrote:Yes. Go to https://www.accountmanagement.o2.co.uk and register for online account management. When set up (usually takes a day or two), you can check your remaining minutes etc.

Correct but most people are with O2 direct and pay by direct debit.0

I was on direct debit but found out that you can pay by continuous credit card which, now that I've switched, gives me more tesco points.

I'm thinking of using this tariff with The Link (9 months free/12 month contract). Can you check minutes remaining on this?Steve0

Do you know which other mobile chains act as a third party? I'd rather not go with CPW as 02's own online bill checking would be really handy. Would a contract with Mobileshop for example allow bill checking on the O2 site?
Thanks.0 -
Dialaphone don't act as a third party. I believe mobileshop are the same. You deal with O2 directly so you should be able to register for account management and check your bills / usage etc that way.0

Over the last few years most of the third party service providers for O2 consumer connections have been purchased by the network operators.charlie12 wrote:Do you know which other mobile chains act as a third party? However, CPWS still act as service provider for all O2 connections made via CPW and it's subsidiaries (e2save, OneStopPhoneShop etc.)
If you purchase a contract via mobileshop then your service provider will be O2 itself and so you will be able use online billing via the o2.co.uk website.
