I can cope with the ice-cream but can't do it as a drink.....it's a bit to thick and creamy for me.

Had a chat with school and apparently girl who has the measles is in Year 2 and had HAD the MMR!!! So there you go I don't feel so bad because she's got it and had been immunised!I had measles even though I'd been vaccinated, it was before the mmr though.
Yep - it happens. No medicine is risk free, and no medicine is 100% effective.
Sometimes outbreaks happen *because of* the vaccinations.Yep that can happen if they didnt produce the immune response from the vaccination although its prob pretty rare with a strong vaccination like MMR...

I saw some plastic things in Poundstretcher to wind the wires round - 2 for a quid I think - but I was too mean to buy them.
Dd2 nicked my twinkling lights on Sunday so I will not be twinkling this year.0
