I remember when I was about 9 or 10 we got a new tree.....a green plastic jobbie with numbered branches and real plastic fur cones on it.....it was amazing....before that we'd had a silver tinsel one....It seems I was easily impressed back then.

My parents kept that tree until last year......they had their monies worth.

    hi guys

flying viist as have to feed milk monster, feed cats, iron my skirt and top and get dressed ready for going out at 6pm to friends house for dinner:eek:! Must remember to pick wine up:beer: and grab desert and cream from fridge... I must... :confused:ach, crap it I can't remember what else I need to remember so that will be all.

We have two plastic trees (one is 8ft and is so big the cats fight over where they're sititng and it takes up a quarter of the room, and the other is a slimline 6ft one). I'll put the slimline one up this year!

ps- friend at work texted to say she has a car parking permit which will save her £130 a month (she usually gets at least one parking ticket each week, so that less the cost of parking means big savings for her):T:j:T

I think we'll be getting our Christmas tree this weekend!
We get it early because I take it down the day after Boxing Day, I can't stand trimmings to be up after Christmas.
