No not really....although I found if I watered my real tree every day it didn't shed much....

I really want one but a good ethical one is well expensive (circa £40 including delivery) and then its just the hassle of remembering to water it, hoovering it and its not like I have stuff to put under it either...

    (gosh I'm such a grinch :p)

I've not had one for years apart from when I shared a flat with my friend who wanted one.

Is it not more ethical to get an artificial one...

Squizz - sorry to hear about your grandad..x

Beanie - I love those shoes!!!!

Sally - DD1 had measles (she'd had the MMR jab) - she was very poorly and had real issues with her ears afterwards, my friends son had them too and ended up in traction as he ended up with a blood disorder that effected his hip joints...so I dread to think how poorly they could have been without the jabs.

My sister refused the jabs for all 3 of her kids, the youngest has severe autism and no speach, he's 10, the middle one is 12 and he's austistic but copes very well with it (he's highly intelligent and managed to rewrite the program that controls his nintendo DS!!), their eldest child is 14, she has a lot of issues that were never diagnosed. So in that case it can't be linked with the jabs....such a minefield though.
