Hells you are being incredibly rude to people that are trying to help you for free! You did NOT say in your first post that you are currently being charged for E7, you said you had specifically asked for to be on the tariff.
You may think I was being rude; however I made an observation that people were not reading my original post and then asking questions that I thought were irrelevant.

It's ok as I've taken it up directly with the supplier as I will probably get some proper answers as to how they have had us on the WRONG tariff for 6 months.0
