Thanks, good to know Its a safe area. The 24seven hotel sounded good there.

At the mo Ive found out I can only go for one night so might book somewhere like the Ibis or the Premier travel inn as they are very close to the train station and the harbour area.

Good to know for future bookings that the area will be good for b&b options.

We were there 2 weeks ago and stayed at the 4 * Mercure Holland House which was a short walk to the town and harbour (Less than 5 mins) and was a really lovely hotel, we got upgraded free, great breakfast, good customer service, ample parking. Booked through 1800-hotels and it was around £50 for a saturday night inclusive. Highly recommended.

Thank you just checked that for next May but it was £100 a night.

Think Il book the Premier inn King St then keep an eye out for better deals last min as with P.I I can cancel up to the day of arrival. Id like to know Ive got somewhere booked. Ibis would be great as Its right by the festival but I cant find out their left luggage policy and I gather from P.I that most of their hotels do left luggage, which I really need.

Must say the Mercure Holland House looks really nice:D

The King Street one will be fine, it's attached to the Llandoger Trow, which is a really interesting old pub.
